| Responsibilities |
The following statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by individuals assigned to this position. They are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities and skills required of personnel so classified. • Type correspondence, meeting minutes and general documents as required in the standard company format. • Develop and maintain filing system. • Answer telephones, take messages, screen and handle routine items. • Open and distribute mail for project/department. • Arrange for travel, hotel, and car reservations. • May arrange meetings. • May assist in the processing of office invoices. • May assist in the maintenance and update of accounting reports. • May assist in the preparation, compilation and distribution of monthly reports. • May enter monthly updates to jobsite and office directories. • Provide back-up break relief for receptionist. • Work on special projects as assigned by office manager.
Project Specific Duties and Responsibilities • In field office, order and maintain office supplies and machinery. • Closeout and archive project files. • May assist with verification of packing slips/delivery tickets, with invoices. • May assist with coordination of job deliveries and pickups. • May assist in preparation of bid document packages, distribution and tracking from initial stages of bid solicitation to contract signing.

| Minimum Requirements |
• High School Diploma. • Proven proficiency in word processing (55 WPM) and standard office software. • Ability to plan, organize and implement work priorities. • Ability to meet deadlines and complete assignments. • Proficiency in operation of standard office equipment.
